Shmuel Iny holds an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University (1984), and
became a member of
the Israel Bar Association in 1986.
After his qualification he worked in the law firm of Caspi & Co. for about fifteen years,
ten of which as a partner, until the establishment of the firm of Iny Litvak & Lazar Co.
in 2002.
His principal fields of expertise are: commercial litigation, real estate, commercial
civil law, arbitrations and administrative law. As part of his work he handled many
leading commercial transactions and extensive commercial disputes.
Adv. Iny possesses vast and proven experience in providing hands-on guidance and
assistance to companies in large-scale projects, including in the sphere of real estate,
in Israel and abroad, and he specializes in representing private and public companies
in complicated commercial and administrative litigation matters.
Adv. Iny serves as an external legal consultant for the Israel Diamond Exchange Ltd.,
and as arbitrator in business disagreements and disputes. In his function as legal
consultant of the Diamond Exchange, he is well-versed in all aspects of the Israeli
diamond industry, and is expert in all matters concerning the legal aspect of this
leading industry.
